Wait, what is Cinemover?
The Cinemover works as a conventional track dolly, but its easily adjustable track width allows you many options for what you can use as a track. Handrails, signs, bridge railings, or even common lumber all make excellent track, and are readily available. Additionally, the Cinemover can also be flipped over and used as a skater dolly on any flat surface. All adjustments can be completed quickly in the field without tools.
From their blog, SE uses the same design of the original Cinemover, but also with several key upgrades and extras including:
- ABEC 9 bearings (standard model uses ABEC 7)
- Heavy, machined knurled knobs replace the wing nuts for width adjustment. They may seem cosmetic, but once you use them you’ll agree they improve the user experience tremendously.
- A set of couplers and extensions to widen your Cinemover to work on wider track. Benches, bleachers, wide walls, beams and more are now all in your potential impromptu track options.

Thanks for the plug you guys! I’m down to only a few remaining LEs, but there’s plenty of standard models available. My personal schedule is a little hectic from now until the end of the year, but I’m doing my best to get everyone’s orders out in a timely fashion.
